Classes

Spin Class

How about a ride! This class offers a low-impact, high-intensity approach to indoor cycling. Participants will burn about 400-600 calories an hour, so grab a towel and some water!

Spin N Sculpt

This class, similar to our spin class, integrates the basics of spin with some off-the-bike training. Participants will get a great cardio workout while also enjoying other body-sculpting exercises.

Vinyasa Yoga

This is a graceful, flowing style of yoga that dates back 5000 years. It will help improve your health and exercise your entire skeletal system. Each class is original and focuses on the marriage of breath and movement.

Pain Free Yoga

This class will integrate many moves from different styles of Yoga.  You will focus on aligning your body and mind to better live a pain-free lifestyle. This class will be beneficial to not only your mind, but your entire skeletal system.

Pilates

This class will promote a method of exercise that focuses on core strength, coordination, breathing, and body alignment to develop longer, leaner muscles and a deep abdominal and back strength.

Power Pilates

Focusing on the core, this class offers participants quite a challenge. While still offering some of the same poses and movements based on the Pilates practice, participants will also experience exercises outside of the realm of Pilates that will benefit other areas of their bodies.

Boot Camp

This full-body workout is both fun and energizing. If you are ready for a challenge, take this conditioning class that will help you get in great shape in no time!

Zumba

This 55-minute program incorporates footwork and body movements from many international dances such as hip-hop, salsa, rumba and more. Participants bop their legs, circle their arms, move their hips, clap their hands, dip, slide and spin - a workout that will make you laugh and sweat.

Below the Belt

An invigorating workout focusing on the lower body and core.  You are sure to be
walking funny the next day after spending 55 minutes blasting away below the belt.

All classes listed above are scheduled for 55 minutes, unless otherwise noted.
